It was spacious and huge room with a mini bar, central heating, and a work desk. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Helpful and amazing staff gave advice on things to do.

It's superior hotel with tidy rooms, everything is fine. The staff are amiable and kind, and the host too. The location of the venue is marvellous, very close to the train station, Florence and a bus stop that was close by. 1 km away there is Il Vegano, serving quick meals.

The room was spacious and had an elevator, which was great for us with all our luggage. The check-in process was quick and easy, and our room was spotlessly clean. Lorenzo, the staff member we interacted with, was extremely helpful and answered all our questions. The room also had a smart TV, although you need your own Netflix account to use it. One of the highlights for us was the kitchen, which had a coffee machine and cups that we could take with us on our adventures. we had a great experience at this hotel.

The rooms at Residenza24 were absolutely fantastic! They were clean, cozy, and had all the amenities we needed. The private bathroom was a definite plus for us as a young family. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the summer heat, and the flat-screen TV was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. And don't even get me started on the minibar - it was stocked with all our favorite snacks and drinks!

Personally, I found the bidet in every unit a bit unnecessary. But hey, I understand that some people might appreciate it.
